The Dead Man's Foot is an uncommon item in Risk of Rain. At low health, the player drops a mine at their feet, which detonates once an enemy passes over it, causing poison damage to the affected enemies. The item is the leg of the Bloated Survivor, which was the only thing left after the body exploded upon examination.

TacticsEdit

While the game says that this item will activate upon reaching "low" health, it actually does not work that way. This item procs when the character receives a "fatal" damage from any source, regardless of health. The "fatal" damage is around ~50HP and above, regardless of how much health you have.
