Trivia

• This item has a delivery date of 1993, which is drastically different to most other items in game and is impossible without bending time, assuming that the date of the game's events are in the future from the present day.
• The name Dio is a reference to Duncan Drummond's cat. He is one of the developers of Risk Of Rain. This can be found under the "Team Section" on the official site.
  • It could also be a reference to the popular villain from the series "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" and his ability to both be immortal and freeze time.
  • "Dio" is also the italian word for "God".
  • Upon getting it, an achievement will appear, "sole survivor". This is a reference to Dio's song, Holy Diver where both Duncans cat and JOJO gets their reference from.
• This item and the Time Keeper's Secret are the only two items that are consumed upon use.
• If you use one of these items after picking up two, the icon will still say you have two.

Note: This item does not stack abilities. If you have more than one and die, all of them will be consumed, but from that point you will be able to collect another one
